Booked Out

I have always had a keen interest in film and around five years ago I started to write film scripts and have since attended a couple of screenwriting courses. During the initial stages I developed a short film which I filmed using a digital camera using my friends as the cast and crew. Since then I have continued to write feature films on and off.

In December of last year I made the decision that I wanted to take the next step of developing a feature that I could develop and direct. Since then I have written the script and generated an initial budget, shooting schedule and plan based around the script. I am going to take a three month sabbatical from work between August and November and I intend to shoot the film during September.

Well that was my original plan.... The film has now been replanned for shooting in March and I am raring to go for this date!

In terms of my expectations for the film I am looking to create a high quality film with a professional approach but working with a minimal budget. My vision is to create a film that could be shown at film festivals and realistically could have a limited theatrical release as well as distribution on DVD and the internet.

I am dedicated to making this film and I am confident that I can achieve an interesting and exciting film.
