Booked Out

In the film Ailidh is drawing a graphic novel and I had wrote a story that I wanted to animate and have within the film. This seemed to take away from the main story so I decided to cut it out. The graphic novel is about a girl who is living in a world where her town is surrounded by a brick wall and all the people in the world are really conservative and she doesn't fit in. There is a single exit from the town but once you leave you never get back in.

You guessed it... Vicky leaves and enters the other reality which has the same characters but who are living in a free and chaotic way. Vicky finds this equally disturbing and decides to get a ladder and climb over the wall into a field of grass.
